Before we let your property

We will ensure that any prospective tenant is thoroughly checked for suitability and ability to meet the rental expected from the let.

We will deal with any paperwork requirements arising from the let. This includes any statutory requirement of forms to be issued, the assured tenancy lease agreement, inventory records and any information pack material to be distributed to the tenant.
