I founded Etimon Property in 2009 as I wanted to create a property management company with a difference. At Etimon we put our customers first and ensure they are looked after every step of the way, whether that is a house buyer or seller, a landlord, a tenant or an property investor. I have a long history in property surveying and, as a previous landlord of multiple properties myself, I understand what challenges are facing property owners, so customer service is always top of my list!
As well as running the day-to-day operations of the business, I also manage the business development function, meeting new landlords, investors and property owners to discuss their needs and find the right property solution for them.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and two energetic young boys and Exercising at the gym.

As project manager for Etimon’s full range of properties, I’m involved in the planning, management, and budgetary control of all client refurbishment projects. With a background in property maintenance, I am a real stickler when it comes to detail, ensuring each project is carried out to an extremely high standard.
For existing properties, I look after all the maintenance requests and ensure all repair works are carried out within budget and timescales. I’ve got a great relationship with our trusted, dedicated team of contractors who I work with on Etimon projects, and who always deliver.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me down the gym or playing football. Sometimes I’ve even been known to do a bit of DIY myself!

As Etimon’ s Letting Manager I look after the property lettings process. You will find me involved in all the policies and procedures ensuring that both Etimon and our landlords are aware of and adhere to all elements of property law and legislation.
The other part of my job is managing all aspects of the property letting service, from marketing to managing tenant applications and preparing all documentation for new tenants ahead of their move in date and for end of tenancies.
Customer service is my number one goal, so I regularly talk to our landlords and tenants to ensure we are delivering an excellent, quality service.
When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with family, socialising with friends and walking my dogs.

As the Accounts Executive, my role is to manage all property financial transactions within the business. I work closely with the Letting Manager to ensure all landlord and tenant transactions including rents and deposits are monitored and paid on time. I’m the person that makes sure landlords get their money when we said they would!
I also lodge all deposit transactions with Safe Deposit Scotland, guaranteeing peace of mind for our tenants that their deposit is held in a safe place until the end of their lease.
When I’m not balancing the books, you can find me at the latest blockbuster movie release, chilling out on the sofa with a good box set or going for long walks with my family and dog.

Working alongside Danielle, my role is to look after a portfolio of landlords and tenants. I get heavily involved in the property inspections from the first inspection after the tenant moves in to the final move out inspection. I organise tenant viewings and ensure the landlord is kept in the loop every step of the way. There’s a lot of administrative aspects to letting a property so I ensure the functional aspects are looked after such as Gas, Utilities and Council Tax, keeping the landlord and tenant right!
I am also a keen amateur photographer, so I’m often found out and about taking pictures of commercial and residential properties. When I’m not doing that I love spending time with family, friends and walking the local hills with my dog.

As sales administrator I am the person that connects the dots between the sale and the client. On a day to day basis, I am involved in diary management, invoicing, itinerary management and front-line liaison with the client. I am the main point of contact for all client enquiries, client requests and/or complaints.
Customer service is at the heart of everything I do and I am focused on delivering a quality service to all of our customers.
I’ve got the travel bug so when I’m not working hard, I’m off exploring other parts of the world from capital cities to exotic beaches.
